Decks / Porches
Originally there were no outdoor second or third levels or steps on the back side of the house. We started with building a perimeter around the backyard, created the additional outdoor spaces by raising up the walls, pouring concrete to create the ceiling to the first level (which at the same time it provided the second level outdoor floor), then built staircases from the 1st to 2nd, and eventually to the 3rd levels. The Porches and Privacy Screens were then built afterwards.
